I started my application but did not complete it, how I do I re-access my account to finish the application process?

  • Then click the blue APPLY button under the corresponding Annual Pass.

  • Once you re-enter your Name, Email and Phone number the system will allow you to finish entering information or Upload documents.

Why was my Annual Pass application rejected? If your application has been rejected, then it may be due to the following:

  • Discrepancy in the requested documentation (vehicle registration vs insurance card, etc)

  • Address submitted is not in Satellite Beach City Limits

  • Multiple accounts at the same residence

  • **Email Info@parksatellitebeach.org or contact our Office at 321-425-2522 if further assistance is needed**

Are golf carts allowed at the Satellite Beach parks and accesses? ONLY if:

  • Golf cart has State registered LSV with FL license plate

  • Golf cart has a City of Satellite Beach Police sticker

  • **All other golf carts can be considered in violation of roadway laws**

  • If you have a state registered LSV with a license plate, you must add the LSV license plates as one of your vehicles on your Annual Pass account or pay the daily rates. If your golf cart has been inspected and received a Satellite Beach Police Sticker, you are already verified as a city resident and do not need to do anything further.

Do customers with ADA placards or Disabled Veterans license plate numbers have to pay? Exempt from payment if:

  • Disabled Veterans Official License Plate

  • ADA Placard (on mirror/visible to enforcement ambassador)

  • ADA License Plate

How do I add, remove, or edit vehicles for my Annual Pass on my Approved/Activated?

What should I do if Mobile payment is not working?

  • Contact 321.307.3067 to report the issue and they will facilitate your payment or provide additional payment options.
