Apply for a Parking Permit
Parking passes shall be issued on a calendar-year basis.
Parking Passes shall be issued on a calendar-year basis. Pass will be valid January 1st- December 31st each year.
It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to update new or changed license plate/vehicle information.
All Parking Passes will be “virtual” requiring a valid vehicle registration, sticker decals are available upon request but not required.
Parking Passes will be available for City of Satellite Beach Residents at NO COST. Two types of parking passes will be available to non-residents.
All parking pass applications take a minimum of 72 hours to complete the approval process. Passes will NOT BE VALID until the approval process is complete. Prior to approval of a pass, you MUST PAY THE DAILY PARKING FEE to avoid enforcement action.
*Per City Ordinance Sec.35 parking permits are established for parking privileges in the City parking lots.
City of Satellite Beach Residents
All City of Satellite Beach residents are eligible to obtain a free parking pass. This pass allows parking at all beach parking areas without being required to pay the daily parking rates.
The parking pass is FREE for City of Satellite Beach residents.
Each household can register five license plates per pass account.
Residency must be supported by proper documentation upon registration and renewal:
1 - Proof of Residency in Satellite Beach City Limits
2 – Current Vehicle Registration per vehicle
Once a pass holder has established their Parking Permit account in ParkLync, they will be allowed to update their vehicle license plates within the ParkLync system.
Resident passes will be renewed every 2yrs.
Resident Golf Carts (Low Speed Vehicles) that are registered through the City of Satellite Beach will NOT have to get a Parking Pass & will automatically be exempt from paying hourly/daily rates. If your golf cart (LSV) is registered through the State of Florida & has a license plate, you will have to obtain a Parking Pass.
Non-Resident Parking Pass Options
(All Parking Lots)
Non-residents are eligible to obtain a paid Parking Pass. This pass allows parking at ALL beach parking areas without being required to pay the daily parking rates.
This non-resident pass shall be offered at a cost of $75.00
Valid vehicle registration must be provided upon pass registration and renewal
Each paid account can register 2 license plates
Once a pass holder has established their Parking Permit account in ParkLync, they will be allowed to update their vehicle license plates within the ParkLync system.
This pass will expire Annually on December 31st.
Non-Resident Permits (Hightower EAST and Pelican Beach Park
Non-residents are eligible to obtain a Parking Pass for Pelican Park and Hightower East. This pass allows parking at the two specified parking lots listed below without being required to pay the hourly/daily parking rates.
This permit is free of charge.
This Free pass is only valid at Pelican Park Beach and Hightower EAST parking lots – Grass lot across A1A (Hightower West) IS NOT INCLUDED
Customers ARE REQUIRED to pay hourly/daily rates at all other beach access lots in Satellite Beach City limits.
